Our name reflects the principles that guide our work

 The number 10 is the number of new beginnings where the natural meets the super natural it is the first number pairing displaying unity.

Pearls are a unique in the way that they are the only organism formed and  found in a living creature Humans seem to have this quality as well

 Pearls are misshapen and imperfect yet are praised at high value  admired  in awe and express status

  when we are challenge to produce beauty out of our circumstances we to possess a factor of awe and are able to manifest our value in rare form

From Idea to Reality: The Evolution of 10 Pearls of Egypt

Gernay is a Community Resiliency Trainer, gang and youth specialist and the Assistant Director of the Big Dogg Academy in Los Angeles. His background, marked by early involvement in gangs, led to a transformative journey. He has extensive experience in Community intervention, Counseling, Mentorship, and vocational coaching, coupled with a strong commitment to youth gang prevention and therapy. His skills include public outreach, assisting clients with mental health and trauma, as well as STEM education and mentoring. He has ab history of community service, public speaking, and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of at risk youth. 

 10 Pearls of Egypt Director

Genea Richardson formerly incarcerated had a vision to simply help people.

Not knowing what that entailed or what that translated to she followed the prompting of her heart and discovered there was not just one solution. You must must enwrap individuals from all angles to make a lasting impact.

This starts with simply taking action upon the act of caring when you align yourself with the natural laws of being human change begins to happen.
